Coin don't dissapear after delete [solved]

I have a problem with a coin, https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces5223.html

I had in a moment the 1984 coin, replaced after for other in better grade.

When I've deleted the "1" quantity, the number is dissapeared but the coin appears as registered, so, it is no possible to delete, and appears as two coins, the last one, supposed delete, and the new one.

Any idea about? Regards.
