I just noticed that Bermuda KM#44 https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces3213.html has a image of 1991 which is actually Bermuda KM#44B https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces9361.html

I think we need a image of a coin that is the actual date of that type.
