It is KM # 390 or 391?
The photo appears to be KM # 391

Hello,
Why do you think it is KM#391? The shape of the 生 part of 隆 character is a type A-1.
you are right, I taken reference to the reverse of the coin but now you tell me, character is not equal.

Hi could you double check in that picture??  KM# 390 ??

He's talking about the obverse.

The difference between '90 and '91 is the radical "se" (生) in character "long" (隆).
