Several repeated entries of Ruling Authorities for France - Modern [solved]

I just found this while searching by French modern ruling authorities:


Is it a bug or just data being duplicated and in need of normalization?

​I just realized that this happens for "France" not "France Modern". Maybe it is expected???

The list you can see is the list of the ruling authorities for all the issuers inside the section "France". For instance, you can see the Third Republic for modern France, the Third Republic for the Reunion island and the Third Republic for the French notgelds. The order of the rulers is quite weird as well.
In order to avoid such confusion, the list of rulers is not shown anymore for sections, but only for the issuers.

Yes, I realized that that's why they seemed repeated.
Anyway, thanks for changing it to avoid the confusion :)
