Many thanks Numisquare. Your knack for solving these numismatic mysteries when compared to my feeble efforts is truly awesome to behold! Thanks too, to PetrusAscanus. Though his contribution might be considered modest in some circles, encouragement and a kind word is always appreciated in this circle. Case closed.

Kindest regards,

I returned to the subject coin, as there appeared to be a difference in its inscription with the link https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=4067927 coin.

In examining the reverse inscription of the link coin, I noticed that +PPIE in its description was at odds with its image. It is rendered in the image as ~PFII(backward E). After consulting Corpvs Nvmmorvm Italicorvm, I have concluded that the subject coin is: CNI-Volume V-Lombardia-page 156-#101. Trust that this is the final attribution. Comments, opinions, ideas...welcome.
For clarity's sake the following is a summation of the attribution of the subject coin:

Italian States, Milan, Francesco Sforza, 1450-1466, Billon Trillina

Corpvs Nvmmorvm Italicorvm- Volume V- Lombardia- Page 156 # 101
Diameter- 16mm, Weight- 0.69 grams

Obverse diagnostics:

Obverse inscription: +. FR . SF. D VX . MLI 3C .
Obverse design: Crowned Helmet surmounted by Dragon.

Reverse diagnostics:

Reverse inscription: +PPIE ANGLE 93 CO
Reverse design: F S, Crown above.
I'm happy you pursued this and found the correct match. Excellent.
