I'm really not sure, it's about 1g lighter than a denarius should be and it does look cast to me but that could be due to the lighting and the photo quality in general. Can you please upload some more photos?

If it's real then it's a legionary denarius under Marc Anthony, legion VIII if I'm not mistaken. Here's the numista page for the coin: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces66598.html
