Hello, mint Dimasqh (Damascus).
Date 9x AH. I am not sure about the unit of the date. It seems to ve a 2, but it is a strange way for engraving it. It is an Ummayad dirham.
Using AbdelHaqq's very helpful information that it's Umayyad, mint Damascus, and approximate date, was able to find a similar one on Zeno

I just rechecked my math 96 would be
714 or715 year. Could be sixth Ummayad
Caliph. I have no way of telling which one.from coin.
