All the coin minted over Argentina Coins of the 188x are Un Official Modern Re-strike ussing the original dies that are in private hands (lost in the 70s from argentina Central Bank)
In the Coins and Essay of Paraguay Catalog is a Big warning about it
Also if Checking the POP Report of NGC-PCGS-ICG you will the population over 1.000 coins that was imposible for such a "RARE" Essay
The original ones are struck over Blank Planchet
