2-Egypt Akces, AH1223, year 15??

Below find images of 2 Egypt Akces dated as best I can discern AH 1223, year 15. They both appear to be uniface and as if embossed. They are both struck crudely and
off-centered. In addition, the second coin appears struck from rusted dies.
The year 15 is rendered only partially and poorly and I am guessing year 15 by process of elimination. They appear to be listed in Krause as KM 133. But, Krause does not mention that they are uniface. Do I have these correctly attributed? Am I missing something? Are they counterfeits, fantasies, whimsies? Do they have any monetary value? All comments, opinions or ideas welcome.
