I'm having trouble to identify this coin. Possibly Spanish Netherlands. Anyone able to read the text?

Thanks for helping me in the right direction! It is from Liege and not yet in the catalog. It is a Gigot (1/2 Liard). I'm almost certain it is the below coin.
