The reverse of this token of Georges V looks like in "Devanagari" but unfortunately, Google translation does not provide any dictionary

Yes the reverse is in Devnagari script and it says in Hindi "पुजा हेतू" (i.e. Pooja hetu) which can be roughly translated as "For Worship"

Its a token imitating George VI British India Coin and was most likely used for religious purposes
