It looks fake to me ,casted coin .check out the blister on surface and rim at end of to sides.

I've seen these on silver coins that were mounted as jewelry in a bezeled pendant.
That said, it makes sense for somebody to mount a common silver coin as jewelry, but only a psychopath would intentionally mount a copper ‘43!
