Hayti Republique silver coin Info [solved]

Hello I found this coin in an old steamer trunk. I would appreciate any help explaining about the coin. it is silver? I think. Approx 6/8" diameter. one side appears to have a coat of arms. the other A bird? or snake? eating its tail. letters AN 13. thank you

The letters AN13 are French for year 13 so is the third coin in that picture,
the 25 Centimes, as that is the only coin of those that has that year. Diameter 23mm.

Yours should have 25*C in the middle, and year 13 is 1816 date.
