Please help me identify this coin

Hello, I recently bought these coins in an auction under the premise that they were early Mongolian. I have literally scoured all of the available academic information on the subject. A gentleman on Facebook suggested it may be from the Artuqids of Mardin. I usually am able to figure out any world coin, have friends all over the world who speak foreign languages to translate for me, but not this one. I would like to know the date, region they’re from, and denomination if at all possible. I would be highly appreciative. Thanks, Ben
