John Quincy Adams Peace Medal - Silver and Very Worn - Original or Reproduction?

I found this in a bag with other tokens and medals. It is very worn. My mom was a collector of just about everything. She's deceased, so I have no idea where she got it. I've looked around the internet and found them, but most were in bronze. It measures about 1.5 inches across. I'm trying to find out if it is an original or reproduction? Any thoughts?

Hello, to me it looks like a cast-reproduction. I do not know how
the original looks, but I can not imagine, those casting-bubbles/holes
are ment to be there.
