No inscriptions found on either side of the subject coin. Thought initially that the Gorgon head was present but no snakes just leaves. The reverse appears to be Victory (Nike). Value if any? All ideas welcome.
Hello. This is a coin from Amisos in Pontus. The obverse with the aegis with the head of Gorgon had no lettering; the reverse has its lettering outside of the planchet behind the Victory, and another lettering is scratched out in frond of the Victory.
Thank you Quiquengrogne. I was fooled into thinking leaves instead of snakes. I did not have any notion as to where the coin was from. Your familiarity with ancients is far above my own! Case closed.

I'm not sure about the mint.
Even if Amisos tetradrachms are the most common for this serie, we must keep in mind Mithridates VI used at least six other mints for this issue (Amaseia, Cabeira, Chabakta, Comana, Sinope, ...).
Regarding the style of this coin I doubt it's an official issue (the representation of Nike is a bit off) : Scythian imitations from the Sarmatian tribes are known.
Many thanks Magna for the follow-up and additional information. I think I agree that the item is a contemporary imitation...it's a bit too crudely rendered. In reading the links, full attributions of this series appear difficult. I will attribute it as an imitation for my collection. Thanks again and to Quiquengrogne too for your time and effort.
I agree PetrusAscanus...examining SNG BMC 1180-1190 one notices immediately the strength and completeness of the renderings of the the real item. My example is a poor attempt at a copy. Thank you for the follow-up and link...
