Hard to identify from this photo. It would be much easier to identify if the photo were cropped and oriented properly, photos of both sides provided, and weight and diameter provided.

To me it looks like an Italy 20 c. from the 1940's. Can be wrong and there a lot of different types.

It can be a different value, but the spacing of the letters look like this one. Good luck
