The coin appears to be a Roman Colonial (Greek Imperial) coin. The side 1 inscription appears to be: KOλλΕCCC. Side 2 inscription is much less certain: ___O__CCES. Any and all opinions, comments or ideas welcome.

The city is Edessa (ΚΟΛ ƐΔƐϹϹΑ).
I think it's either

that one , or very similar to them anyway.

Thanks camerinvs...a coin of trajan decivs from city of Edessa it is. Sure wish I owned a copy of RPC...
