Bohemond VII Antioch - or a fake? Or something else?

I have seen this one auctioned recently by a good seller, but not a coin dealer, so he does not know what it is. Its some sort of Behemond Antioch coin of the 1200s it seems, but its not really very detalited on these pooooooor photos. Do any of you in here know from the photos what we are seing here?
