Arabic coin [solved]

Do anyone know where it’s from? Or maybe the year?
There's a date that appears to be AH 1222 (bottom of second photo, could also possibly be 1322 - can't tell from the photo) which would correspond to 1807 AD (or 1904 AD). There's also a number 78 on it (top of second photo). I don't think this is a genuine coin. I believe it's a copy of an Ottoman coin designed to be worn as jewelry, for example in a belly dancer's costume.
Yes, it's a piece of jewelry imitating a coin ─ a so-called "belly-dancer token". We see them all the time on Numista.

This is a "belly dancers' costume" imitation Ottoman coin.
The tip off is the regnal year, 78.
Neither Mahmud nor any other sultan has ruled this long.

Non est totum quod splendet ut aurum
Rijkdom bestaat niet uit het hebben van veel bezittingen, maar in het hebben van weinig behoeften
It was done by imitating a coin of the year 28 (٢٨) without fully understanding the numerals, or rather not caring much about being fully accurate.

Note, too, how the qaf (ق) of قسطنطينية (first letter on the right) is made to look like a ta (ت).
