Alexander The Great (III) Lifetime Issue Tetradrachm - value and grade

Is there anyone with strong opinions of grade and value on this coin?

It is a lifetime issue as far as I know.

Seller (serious dealer, according 'white lists') says its, a lifetime coin, judging by the position of legs ++

Looking at the leg position to determine whether the Alexander coin is a lifetime issue is a good generality. However, there are exceptions. That is why I referenced the Price tome on Alexander's coinage.
