Got this coin at a yard sale in Germany. I have found the aluminum one on the site. I don’t know if this is real or not. Coin weights 22g. Thank you.

Most likely gilded unless you are not missing a decimal point on your weight indication.

​no, gilded does not make it worth more. Gilded just means that it has a gold plating

From a material point of few your coin is worth one or two cents more, from a collecting one it's worth less because it's an alteration of a coin.
For cataloging, put it were you would a non-gilded version and put the gilded in the comment field.
