It is late Roman, about 400 AD, but I will let the specialists identify the ruler.

Alfonz, from looking at my coin closely, this does look like a match. Thank you. So, who would be the ruler? Sorry, this is my 1st ancient coin ever.

The legend looks like
D N VALENTINIANVS AVG
So I would say Valentinian II as co-ruler with Valens and Gratian, or Gratian and Theodosius. Why do I say that? Because on the reverse you can read AVGGG = 3 Augusti (i.e. emperors).
The mint, I think, is SIS cia.
