New Issuer reports

7.8.2019 - New Issuer - City of Cattaro (under Montenegro)

10.8.2019 - Duchy of Brittany and Duchy of Lorraine were moved under France-Feudal. Lorraine had subissuers which are now not shown (coins itself are accessible through Lorraine), but this will be corrected later.

10.8.2019 - Malla Dynasty (subsection of Nepal) was coitaining 3 subissuers, but also included its own coins (which is wrong, and causes one issuers to be unsearchable) so it was changed, and will now correctly show 4 subissuers.

18.8.2019 - Several new issuers under Russian principalities - 4 are already added (some for extended period of time):

Continuing split of Ancient Greece - 2 new issuers

County of Gronsfeld was moved under Dutch Republic, and thus ceased to exist as issuer, because Dutch Republic is not split yet.

18.9. 2019 28 new issuers! 17 from Ancient Greece split and 11 from Etruria split.

Can you give the mintage period when announcing an issuer? For example, Cattaro dates are 1186-1369.
