Based on the headdress this is probably from Varhran IV 388-399 AD. The name of the king would be in the green area on the right side of the coin. The year and mint should be on the reverse side, but are not legible.

The coin is from Varhran IV from the BBA mint = Court mint at Ctesiphon or Dastagird; itinerant.
