More interesting, IMHO, is the obverse. That semi-circle, and then those lines not only in the background but also covering the bust (which is the lower on the die and should be protected from such a thing happening). Yet none of this looks like post-mint damage. What's going on??
At any rate the eBay seller is a fraud who describes common coins as "rare" and tries to sell them at ridiculously high prices. That guy understands nothing about coins and should stick to selling food products.
