(Personally I'm more interested to see a more aesthetically pleasing Peace dollar centennial made but I guess the Morgan is more iconic to Americans!)

They'll obviously be non-circulating, though we will be reminded that they're legal tender (which doesn't mean much when you mean "non-circulating legal tender"). In Canada we're used to such money-making schemes...

I would rather see the classic designs rendered on the current brass dollar coin. Then they would circulate and be seen.

​Perhaps it might be possible to create a new planchet altogether (let's say a white metal around 36mm in diameter)? Although crownsize (and even half dollars in recent decades) coins have never really been popular in circulaton in the US, it would certainly be appreciated by collectors. :D
