Rarity number on the catalog [solved]

Can anyone explain why a coin that only had 5000 struck would have a rarity number of 20 and other coins with far more struck be a 70? Are there other factors other than the number of coins struck that determines the rarity index? Thanks
The rarity index depends on how many numista members put the coin in their collection.
