Weight, diameter, and more photos would be helpful. Italian States Genoa?

It's a Genovese coin (Lira), but without the obverse it's impossible to find out which one in particular.

Sorry, I cannot give more information because I made the photo of a coin that was displayed in a shop window in a museum in Bastia, Corsica without the possibility to see its reverse.
