Hello
Hoping if anyone has any clue as to what this coin actually is!
Shows a French 5 franc obverse and a Swiss Thaler reverse?
Weight, thickness and diameter are all correct for an 1874 5 franc however, as you will see, a Swiss Thaler on the reverse. I have shown to many numismatics in Australia and they have no idea.
Challenge accepted?
