Mexico 1984 1 Peso [solved]

In the comments for the 1984 Mexico 1 Peso "It is very rare to find a 1984-dated coin with a flat surface as on 1985-dated coins." Does any one know how rare is rare. Does it affect the Numista Rarity index for this coin?

none of them are rare at all..... I have both. I don't know from where that comment has come, but it's not correct!

If I remember right, the one with the smooth area. Is a new die that was made without RA. The one with the non-smooth area is the one were they polished the RA off the die. And you have the one with RA on it. But they are not rare, well I think.
