What do you mean by unsearched, where did you get them from?
Average is $30 for postage and $70 for ten pounds...

The flea market in our area was sold to a developer. One of the vendors there was a coin guy whom I befriended about 5-6 years ago. He is an older guy so when they closed the flea market he decided to retire as it did not make sense for him to move shop. He had an indoor stall there for 20+ years. I stuck a deal with him at the end of last summer which was the last season prior to sale and bought a massive amount of coins and supplies off him. Along with the deal was 10 thick plastic vault/bank style bags full of coins. About 40-50lbs worth per bag.
Being that I never had a chance to go thru any of them and they are just taking up room I decided to just get rid of them. What I mean by unsearched is exactly that. I just counted out about 2000-2100+ coins and put each in a bin. It would be way too cumbersome to sort thru and see what the lots contains. These lots have not been picked and aside from what I quickly saw while dividing the lots I dont know what each contains. As you can imagine when just counting coins into a bin you dont really get to see what each is. The rest went into a large plastic storage bin that I literally cannot move as it weight too much. I'll get to dividing those when I have some time.
I priced these based on what I've seen stuff selling for and also to walk out with a a few bucks. Not getting rich off these sales, just trying to clear out.
These Lots weighs a lot more than 10lbs. Im not sure where you got the 10lbs from - I can weigh each lot to see exactly what they are. I've recently sold similar lots and USPS tracked shipping only ran me about $17-22 including my supplies. The way i achieved that was dividing them into 2-3 Padded mailers. In each mailer I had about 3-4 additional padded mailers rolled tight filled with coins. USPS lets each mailer weigh 70lbs for 1 rate. Being that I split them to 2-3 mailers they dont reach even close to that.
I also got a whole bunch of other stuff from same guy. The Mini inflation coins I had posted a few days ago I got from him as well. I priced those based on what I see similar sets sell for. I also got a lot of carded US silver coins from him as well. I'll post those up once I organize them. I bought a lot of coin supplies as well but was able to get rid of most of it a few months back.
I also mention that you can make an offer if you feel my price is too high. Worst thing that can happen is me saying no to an offer.
Hope this answers your questions.
Thanks,
Aaron
