Hello that is a coin weight.

I think your first picture is upside down and is supposed to be a ship.

Please indicate the weight as its important for identification.
I think I can make ou the lettering NOB so it might stand for the Gold coin Noble

Says 3g on my scale. Could be a little more as this isnt exactly perfect for coins.

Now its saying 0. something with my scale. My coin scale wont work at moment
