Add option to mark a swap as Shipped in Swap and reflected as Shipped status in Swap Monitor

Hello,
I propose adding a conditional checkbox into any swap once a swap has been confirmed and before it has been rated. Such checkbox should read Shipped and it will activate a field to an optional tracking number.
Checking the Shipped checkbox will add the status Shipped in the Swap Monitor. Such status can only be set between the Confirmed and Rated status.

Additionally, it would be great to identify with 3 different colors such Shipped Status:

1. Color 1 as an indicator that I have marked this as shipped
2. Color 2 as an indicator that my swap buddy has marked the swap as shipped
3. Color 3 as an indicator that both parties had marked the swap as shipped

This will be especially helpful when having many swaps on the road. Many times I lose track of what coins I have shipped after Confirming a swap and I have to open all my Confirmed swaps to figure out what has shipped already.
