Add filter “Numista member country” in Start Swap page

It would be great if we have a way to filter out those Numista members that are swapping in the same country were we are.
This is needed because postage is getting very expensive overseas, especially from the US

Another use would be in the Swap by country page. For example, I want to get a coin with Bonaparte's face on it but I don't want to ship internationally. So I go to the part of Numista where I can find all Bonaparte's coins that are to swap here:

There only way I can know what members are swapping those coins locally is if I hover over each member's username and check what country they are from and hope some of them to be locals. This method takes forever and it's quite frustrating. It would be great to have this filter implemented there, too.
