Hi, I have a good number of Indian head cents. These have been circulated; some of them are in great shape but others are not, verdigris, bent, nicked, stained in some other fashion. What can I do with these, if anything? Thanks!

Or perhaps when Peter Griffin did it, when he won the lottery and bought a mountain of gold coins to dive into, he ended up with several bloody cuts and bruises and several broken bones...

As far as the pennies go, a simple rule of thumb I use, is if they are mostly after 1886 (Especially 1900s), they are likely to be common dates worth a $1 or $2 each in average condition (Except rarities like 1909 S) - But if they are dated 1859 to 1880 mostly, keep them.
I love coins. Especially silver, gold and anything really old.
