Indian Head Cents

6 posts
Hi, I have a good number of Indian head cents. These have been circulated; some of them are in great shape but others are not, verdigris, bent, nicked, stained in some other fashion. What can I do with these, if anything? Thanks!

you could give them to an elementary school teacher, who could give them out as little prizes in class...

You pour them into a kitty pool and lay in them, have you never seen scrooge mcduck?

Taking a break from swapping for a while, but still interested in pre 1799 Spanish coins, I will make time for that!

Looking for pre 1783 coins

HAHAHA
Got pictures? Some of these could be valuable, but we can't tell if you don't provide additional details.

Or perhaps when Peter Griffin did it, when he won the lottery and bought a mountain of gold coins to dive into, he ended up with several bloody cuts and bruises and several broken bones...

As far as the pennies go, a simple rule of thumb I use, is if they are mostly after 1886 (Especially 1900s), they are likely to be common dates worth a $1 or $2 each in average condition (Except rarities like 1909 S) - But if they are dated 1859 to 1880 mostly, keep them.
I love coins. Especially silver, gold and anything really old.
