I noticed that the coin pages for Finland, Norway and Sweden do not include a change in catalog numbers when the mint official's initials change. They do for Denmark and others.
It comes directly from KM books. It was the old style that they put new subtype KM# everytime initials changed. Maybe they just forgot to unify the Danish KM#s. If I remember correctly, France is another similar example. Did you find some other countries too?
In my opinion they should put new subtype KM# for some Finnish euros as the place of initials (and mint logo) has changed. Krause is not complete at all what comes to things like this.
