What's the identifying characteristic between the 1969 FM NI and the 1969 NI 1 Dinar coins?

Ok, but is there something stamped on the coin? I couldn’t find a mint mark.

The Franklin Mint sometimes uses "FM", other times uses a combined FM symbol. See https://markyourcoin.weebly.com/franklin-mint-united-states.html .

That symbol is on the reverse image on https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces28152.html . Look near the edge around 8:00, just counterclockwise from the design.

​Yes, the FM indicates the coin was made by the Franklin Mint.

Found the NI mintmark at about 4:30 on the reverse. But the mark that’s at 8:00 is a figure 8 with a vertical line down the center - nothing like the Franklin Mint mark. Hmmm....

​That 8 with a line is also on the coin shown in https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces28152.html but doesn't appear to be the image in the Schön WM catalog which is a 1979 coin.

Kind of academic, 1 coin of a 5K piece run or 1 coin out of 15K piece run is still low. You guys probably think I’m being anal...

​Nah, many of us are fanatics. I just took a quick look in my database and found a place where Krause has one type (and doesn't even say "Variations exist") and I have 16 distinct examples.
