Two Roman coins identifications

Please help me to identificate two roman coins.
I think this one might be valentian minted in siscia but im not sure.


And i dont have idea about this one.

2nd:
I'd bet Constantivs II - Gloria Exercitvs
FL IVL CONSTANTIVS NOB C
Soldiers (2) standing on either side of two standards, each holding a spear and resting hand on shield

1st:
Valentinian I AE 3. Sirmium Mint 364 AD. Obverse: D N VALENTINI-ANVS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust right. Reverse: VOT V MVLT X in wreath, BSIRM in exergue. RIC IX: 8. Size: 18mm, 3.63g.
