need help with this coin, cant see much on the obverse and I never seen this kind of desing on the reverse

Yes, Roman bronze, 4th century.
The chin is, I think,
that of Magnentius (350-353) .

the bust might be magnentius, I can see a letter, (A) I think on the left side of the bust but still cant match the reverse with the coins on wild winds
