Hello !
I have found 2 coins 1 peseta and the star is 59 and the other one 60 . in numista there is no such star for the 1947 date of the coin . https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces785.html
so is these 2 coins error ?

he must have so much time to so this tiny thing .
a little while ago i have found a 5 pesetas 1957 and the star was 77 and this is a over struck

I agree with zegeri , they are not mint errors, but were modified later by a fraud.
well if it is a fraud in some time we will be all careful for the fake coins that will be circulate in the world .
Like i heard something that they did start this in USA with fake coins .
