Metal - billon ?? (smooth surface, oxidation not friable, also there is area with a silvery shade)...
Diameter - 1.67-2.01 mm.

I think this is a "manghir" - smallest coin. https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces111244.html
But I am very skeptical that the "manghir"'s weight is 0.2 grams. It is unlikely that we could see these copper coins (even with the addition of 5% silver), corrosion would have destroyed them...
