Defintely not cuneiform. It seems like Brahmi (Ashoka-Brahmi to be precise). Where is this located? The figures seem to indicate Kushan and the like.

the location of this pillar is in a village in a farm. Its single one there. And i think The Archaeological Survey of India is not included it.
There are bazillion villages with farms in India! Where precisely? The inscription is very faint and hence it is critical to know where precisely it is located...
