Identifying ancient script on a pillar

I want to know what is written on this old stone pillar. Can anyone help me?

No, but i think is cuneiform writing.
Defintely not cuneiform. It seems like Brahmi (Ashoka-Brahmi to be precise). Where is this located? The figures seem to indicate Kushan and the like.

If this is somewhere in India, most inscriptions have already been deciphered and published. If you can tell me the location, I can help find the journal...

​the location of this pillar is in a village in a farm. Its single one there. And i think The Archaeological Survey of India is not included it.
There are bazillion villages with farms in India! Where precisely? The inscription is very faint and hence it is critical to know where precisely it is located...
