WW II, Italy token, written in Esperanto?

4 posts
I recently purchased a lot at an auction and got this token.

I am in need of assistance identifying it.

The obverse shows a man with a long staff, wading in calf-high water, carrying an infant on his shoulders. There seems to be "wind" behind them. Inscription reads: "FERVENT ROTAE, FERVENT ANIMI" which roughly translates to "FERVENT WHEELS, FERVENT WINDS" in Esperanto.

The reverse shows a convoy of what seems to be army trucks, one motorcycle ?, amongst them. The background seems to be a volcano behind a gently sloping hill. Inscription reads: "10 CENTRO AVTOMOBILISTICO", which roughly translates to "10 AUTOMOBILE CENTERS", again in Esperanto.

Any hints?

FERVENT ROTAE, FERVENT ANIMI is the motto of an Italian Army section. It is specialized in military transport.
This is issued for the 10° Centro Automobilistico, a type of army regiment between the 2 World Wars. It was located in Napoli.
