Silver or Billon Double Tournois?

Hello, I have received this Henri III Double Tournois together with a bunch of others which mostly look like they have been dug up in france. This one looks like its made from silver or billon due to its much darker colour compared to the copper examples I also own.
Now my questions are:
Is this an early Henri III Tournois made before the copper ones?
Can anyone identify the mint?
Is it on numista already?
