This is a photograph stating that I have a coin without a grading, and it is the coin below.

As you can clearly see, there is no number in any of the grading squares, but above, can be seen that I have 1 coin.

When I add 1 into the appropriate box, my total rises to 2

If I add the coin within the actual coin page, I still get 1 in a box, but 2 as a total

This is link to actual coin page

This is the only error of this type I can find in the whole of my collection

Hello,
Coins without a grade are not visible in the "old" display of the collection. You can switch to the "new" display bu selecting "One line per coin in my collection, with coin values" in your account settings. This will allow you to see the coin without a grade.

I have always used the same system since I joined Numista, and have always added my coins in the same way but this particular coin is showing me that there is an error in the computer system, as all of my other coins show my coin with a grade and a total that matches.
I want to see my grades, so switching would be of no benefit.

Switching to the new display would have helped to edit the coin and assign a grade, before going back to your preferred display. Anyway, I just assigned the grade VG to that coin, so you should not have any ungraded coins in your collection anymore. You may change to another grade if needed.
Xavier,
Thank you for your help. There must have been a small bug in the system that gave me a total of 1, when nothing was input in any grade box.
Regards
Geoff
