Its Gadhaiya Paisa from Gujarat region. These are attributed to the indo-sassanian dynasties and the coins are imitation of the coins of the Sassanian Empire. There are no dates on these coins but are attributed to period of 800AD-1100AD

Inded, Saurashtra / Gujarat region here.
Regarding the style, I would say end of the 9th century or beginning of the 10th for this one.

These are very common coins. Worth around 8$ to 10$
