My silver coin made, the coin weights 14grams with 1.2 inch in diameter, having on the first chest quadrant cross, two castles, Lion, dragon. And on the second chest with as seen on photography.
Search Castille and Leon, that is a spanish region.

My coin not found on the Catalogue
To be more specific, it is definitely a Spanish or Spanish colonial cob coin. The weight and diameter metal provided indicate it is a 4 Reales coin. The type is called a Cross (1st picture) and Shield ( 2nd picture based on the Hapsburg shield) coin. The coin is too damaged and vague for me to be more specific as to exactly where it was minted or other relevant information. This will take someone with a real trained eye to identify exactly what you have.

My guess is it's a 17th century 4 reale coin from Spain or one of it's colonies. Here's what a good one looks like:
