Hi. I found this coin in my garden, but I have no idea what is this exactly. There were writings like "poloniae magnus dux Lithuania", "lumen euro". Can someone tell me what is this and give me a link? (East Ukraine).
There was a set of dishes made which each had a medallion inserted in it ...

[HENRICVS VALESIVS D G] REX POLONIAE MAGNVS DVX LITHVANIAE RVSS PRVSS [ETC]

Though that lettering is just one from the set of twelve, of the kings of Poland,
from Ladislas Jagiello to John Casimir. So probably they had similar lettering at
the end of the inscription, and just the name at the start changed. Yours looks
like it starts (on the left) with IOA lettering.
Either one of those medallions, or something more modern based on them -
though if so, how it got in such a battered condition is uncertain.
But, whatever it is, it seems to be a commemorative medallion of some sort. I can
only make out a small part of the lettering on the reverse. Hopefully other
members will be able to identify it. Welcome to the site. :)

Sorry, but I can't make out all the information. So, Russian Imperator said to J. Tautenhayn to make this medal to congratulate polish king Jan Sobieski on the 200th anniversary of the liberation of Vienna from the Turks, when he was polish king(also he is at the picture)?

Ok, maybe it's annoying, but I want to know. Alexander III didn't gift it to anyone? It was only like souvenir because he was glad about the liberation of Vienna from the Turks?

But - do not forget the condition of yours (compared to that above), and the metal.
