I think it was struck in Constantinople-İstanbul (قسطنطنية).

Would you recheck the measurements of this coin. The 22mm and 0.28 gram seem to be out of proportion to each other.
Thanks for pointing it, I made a mistake, it is 12 mm on the larger side, and the weight is correct. I haven't gone through Ottoman Empire yet.

Try Osman II, 1027-1032. The date on the coin is shown as ١٠٢٨ but should be١٠٢٧ . The reverse has indistinct lettering. This may be from a double strike or something else. The weight is good, as is the size of 12 mm.
Hello,
It's an akce of Ibrahim I.
The year is 1049 AH here and the picture of the observe (2nd picture) is upside down : we can read the name of the sultan on the second line.

We need better pictures for this one : https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces96155.html
Cycnos - great read. The C shape of the Ottoman number ۴ (4) is almost absent, looking like the number ٢ (2). And when magnified, the V (7) is really a filled nine. Thanks for looking at this. I appreciate your catching this.
